Polypropylene is a thermoplastic resin made by polymerization of propylene. Copolymer PP material has a lower thermal deformation temperature (100℃), low transparency, low gloss, low rigidity, but has a stronger impact strength, the impact strength of PP increases with the increase of ethylene content.
Advantages:
1, the relative density of pp material is small, only in 0.89-0.91, it is one of the lightest plastic varieties.
2, pp material has very good mechanical properties, in addition to impact resistance, other mechanical properties will be better than polyethylene, and its forming and processing performance is very good.
